We appreciate the necessity to manage all issues and strive to build solutions to all current environmental issues. Alltype Building Contractors are committed to strictly comply with relevant legal requirements, codes of practice and regulations related to environmental issues.
Alltype Building Contractors strive to use recycled and sustainable products where possible. As a company we collect all unused materials from site and sort for reuse or return to supplier. Alltype Building Contractors monitors waste produced and where possible works to reduce this. Materials are stored securely and safely to ensure the risk of contamination is minimised. All waste materials are separated on site to ensure appropriate materials are recyled through the appropriate channels. Alltype Building Contractors holds an Environment Agency Waste Transfer License and plans the safe and tidy disposal of all waste or materials for recycling.
All members of our workforce are made aware of their responsibilities to environmental issues and planned vehicle routes and vehicle sharing are optimised to reduce vehicle emissions. Vehicles are regularly maintained in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions to minimise environmental impact. Alltype Building Contractors has recently added to its fleet LPG converted vehicles reducing emissions further.
